What payment methods do we accept?
We accept bank transfer payments as well as credit and debit card payments made by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.
Where do we ship to?
We ship orders throughout Europe. At the moment we are able to make standard 2-3 day delivery for Croatia and 5-7 day delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
All items that are in stock are shipped the business day following the date of order. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive if your delivery is in Croatia and 5-7 business days for your order to arrive if we are delivering to any other country on the above list. Here is the list of countries with estimated time of delivery.
How can I return or exchange a product?
You have the right to return or exchange products during a fourteen-day period, starting the day you have had received your order. This possibility is given and conducted according to Croatian consumer protection legislation. The Return policy will not be extended to products which are produced or altered according to your wishes. Should you wish to return a purchased product, we advise you not to remove tags and/or seals while trying out the product.
Possibility of product return will be given to you if:
- The order had been cancelled according to our Terms and Conditions and if we are notified within 14 days of delivery;
- The product has not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
- The product is in the same condition as it was upon delivery and all the parts of the product are included in the package;
- The product has been repackaged into its original package.
You may download the Return Authorization Request which is a mandatory document for the return process here. Please fill out the document and send it back to us for the request to initialize the return or exchange process.
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation, not later than 14 days upon delivery. When returning products, you are responsible for the risk of damages. The order will be refunded only when and if the product that matches above mentioned terms is delivered to Croatian Design Superstore. The shipping cost of returning an order is at your expense.
When receiving your product, we will notify you when we accept your return. In case we find that your return does not match the above noted conditions, you may choose to have the product delivered back to you at your expense. If you refuse such an option, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
What if my package is delivered damaged?
All delivered items are insured. If you find the package damaged before opening, notify the delivery company immediately upon delivery. In such case, we advise you to open the package in the presence of the delivery service. Please notify Croatian Design Superstore Customer Service immediately when damage has been noticed. Upon returning items to Croatian Design Superstore, you will be responsible for the risk of any damages.
Are there any extra costs other than prices shown on Croatiandesignsuperstore.com (taxes, duties, customs etc.)?
All the prices displayed on our online shop include VAT. There might be duties or customs to be paid by our customer. Only the delivery cost is added to your order. This is the case with the orders shipped outside EU.
Is there VAT deduction for the companies registered in EU?
If the order has been purchased by a company that has a valid VAT number, VAT will be deducted from the order cost if you are entitled to buy the products as ”Intra-community supply”. In this case, please contact our customer service to proceed with your order. We advise you that in case of excluding VAT costs we must deliver ordered goods to the address different from any address in Croatia, otherwise VAT will be included even in the case that you have valid VAT number.
