Vanja Blumenšajn works in advertising for more than ten years. For the last seven years he participates in and the last two presides over the national advertising festival jury. Blumenšajn is the winner of almost all Croatian and many international advertising awards (Festo, idejaX, Effie, ADCC, Outward, ADCE, Red Dot, Golden drum, Eurobest, MIAF…). He takes most pride in the award for the best creative solutions at the Doomsday and the award for the best agency which he won together with his colleagues from the Imago advertising agency. In 2013 he decided that he needs new creative challenges and founded the Señor agency.
